Investigating Adipokine levels in the sera of patients with myocardial infarction in a 6-month follow up

Adipokines are peptides that regulate endothelial function, inflammation, blood pressure, and hemostasis. We measured Leptin, Adiponectin, Resistin Adipsin in a cohort of 36 STEMI patients. Serum levels were three time-points by multiplex assay.
